Clarence Koster South Holland, IL Clarence Koster, age 86, of South Holland, IL, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Marie (nee Vander Giessen); two sons: James (Mary) Koster and Dennis (Jean) Koster; five grandchildren: Grant (Dana) Koster, Kyla Koster, Christine (Craig) Wories, Matthew (Heidi) Koster and Lindsey Koster; one step-sister, Gertrude Cooper. Clarence was preceded in death by three brothers: Fred, Robert and Edward Koster; one step-brother, John Vogler. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at First Reformed Church, 15924 South Park Ave., South Holland, IL with Rev. Al Vander Meer and Rev. Mel De Vries officiating. Interment Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lansing, IL. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd Street (Rt. 6/159th St.), South Holland, IL. Clarence was a member of First Reformed Church of South Holland and His Men Bible Study. Memorials may be given to Calvin Christian School.
