Age 84 of Valparaiso passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025, in Hobart. Dale was born on September 26, 1940, to the late Bruno and Sophia Naggatz. Dale was a retired bus driver for Union Township and a member of Augustana Lutheran Church in Hobart. He loved driving, camping and officiating high school sporting events.

He is survived by his two sons, Alan (Nancy) Naggatz and Karl Naggatz; three grandchildren, Emily (Danny) Lemon, Isabelle Naggatz and Megan Heavlin; one great granddaughter, Molly Heavlin and many other loving family members and friends.

Dale was preceded in death by his loving wife, Marilyn (nee Meyer) Naggatz; his parents and two brothers, Marvin and Ivan Naggatz.

Visitation will be from 10:30 – 12:00 am Friday, August 8, 2025, at Augustana Lutheran Church 207 Kelly Street Hobart, Indiana 46342. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm with Pastor Scott Mauch officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, Indiana.
