I didn't know Dave that well. We kind of hung around in the same circle but we weren't great friends. Having said that i always thought Dave was a great guy. I know Dave was a great athlete and well respected among his peers! When I say his peers...I mean dudes that were really good athletes and Dave was really well respected!!! Dave always treated me well and I'm sad such a cool dude...who i didn't know all that well....has passed away. When you're in high school and you're not the best athlete or the coolest dude...and I guy like Dave ...who was...treated you as an equal was pretty cool. I always admired Dave. Dave buddy...rest in peace!

My deepest sympathy to Dave's family. It was such sad news to hear. Dave was a great friend, he excelled in football and baseball in high school. I have heard numerous stories of hockey played in the cul-de-sac throughout his youth. I know we had some of the best times playing basketball in his backyard. Mr. and Mrs. Huss were great parents. I know Dave appreciated the support and love he received from his family and friends which he stayed in touch with over the years. He will be missed, taken too young. May he rest in eternal peace.
