It is with a heavy heart that I learned of "The Chief's " passing. He was a good man, a great Member of the US Air Force and a good friend. We kept in touch after we both retired from the Air Force and Don and Dee Dee visited us in Texas. I will always remember the good times. God Speed my friend...my faith assures that we will meet again..until then...Rest in Peace.

Dee Dee: We send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. We sure do miss you and Don at the monthly 440th Alumni luncheons. Don's smile and humor will long be remembered. I believe you were the inspiration the Lord sent along after his tragic loss of Vita. God bless you and "keep that smile".

DeeDee and family I am sorry for loss of your husband and father. Chief Benshoof hired me in the 440th Wing Training Office. I learned a lot from him. I will never forget him.
