Beloved husband of Elaine Holleman (nee Wiers); father of Sheryl (Andrew) Birkett, Jann (Steven) Huizenga, and late Susan Kay Holleman; grandfather of Robert (fiancee Katie Oostra), Daniel, Elizabeth, Russell, and Leah Birkett and Katherine, Mark and Luke Huizenga; brother of Anna (late John) Zandstra, Bertha (late Nelson) Van Milligan, Gertrude (late Laurence) Scheeringa, Ed Holleman, John (Christine) Holleman, late Viola Holleman, late Wilma (Raymond) Veenstra, and late Egbert (Carroll) Holleman, Jr. Visitation Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the Protestant Reformed Church (1777 E. Richton Rd., Crete, IL 60417). Funeral services will be Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at church with services conducted by Rev. Clayton Spronk. Interment Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lansing, IL. Mr. Holleman was a member of Crete Protestant Reformed Church where he had served as deacon and elder.
