JEFFREY L. ROY VALPARAISO, IN Jeffrey L. Roy, age 65, of Valparaiso, IN passed away, on February 10, 2015. He was born on April 11, 1949 in Gary, IN to Lloyd and Irene Roy, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his children, Bradley (Bonnie) Roy of St. Louis, MO, Christina (Sean) Tress of Portage, Dena Belshaw of Valparaiso; sister, Diane (Lyn) Willis; grandchildren, Lauren, Megan, and Evan Tress, Ashlee Smithers, Robbie and Andrew Belshaw, Campbell and Payton Roy and several nieces, nephews and close friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan (Stockwell) Roy; brother, Cliff Roy. Jeffrey was a United States Navy Veteran. He retired from Midwest Steel with over 25 years of service. Jeffrey was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Memorial Services will be held on February 14, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 6941 Central Ave., Portage, IN 46368 with Todd Willis officiating. Memorial Visitation will be held on February 14, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00p.m. at the Funeral Home. Cremation services provided by Heritage Crematory, Portage, IN.
