Luis A. Higareda East Chicago, IN Luis A. Higareda, age 44, of East Chicago, passed away Friday September 7, 2007 at St. Catherine Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years Lillia (nee Cardenas); one daughter Janette V. ; father Roberto Higareda; six brothers and two sisters; five sisters-in-law and three brothers-in-law; many cousins nieces, nephews family and friends throughout the area and CA, Texas and Mexico. Preceded in death by his mother Maria Teresa; two brothers Roberto and Ricardo. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday September 11, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church,, 3510 Theodore St. East Chicago with Fr. Juan Gonzalez, C.PP.S. officiating. At rest St. John Catholic Cemetery Hammond. Friends may visit with he family on Monday 3-8pm at the Olseka Pastrick Funeral Home, 3934 Elm St. East Chicago and also at the church Tuesday 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the family. Luis was a resident of East Chicago for 21 years, and a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
