I grew up a few blocks away from the Serafin family and was good friends with Donna. My condolences to Mikes wife and children. Nancy and Donna, you are also in my thoughts.

I grew up with the Serafins since 1994-1995 remembering that first day I was invited in their house feeling so welcomed as being a part of the family. With all the memories I have, their father/husband was one of the greatest people I have ever met in my life. I envied them, because I never had that relationship with my own father. Growing up, Michael Serafin made me a believer in fathers alike out there in this world . . . . there are really great men, truly loving and caring fathers in this world. The closest thing I felt to know what a father was like in my life and truly I will miss him with all my heart. To the Serafins, stay strong and continue to live life fully. We are never to far away from each other wherever we are in this world. My thoughts for the Serafins and the entire family will always be with you.
