RICHARD BORMANN "RICK" CRETE, IL
Richard Bormann, age 72, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016. Formerly of Lansing, he passed in his home in Crete with his wife (Beverly) and family at his side. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elizabeth Bormann of Lansing. Survived by daughter, Lori; stepson, King Carley. Proud Grandpa of Angela Lucas (Eric) and Ryan Carley (Katie). Great Grandpa of Ty, Max, Kaylan and Jace. Brother, Dave Bormann (Omega) of Bloomington, IN sisters: Diane Micka (Frank) of Griffith and Debbie Robinson (son Ronnie) of Hobart. Rick was the best at carpentry of any kind, as was his grandfather and several uncles. His favorite thing was a hunting or fishing trip with the guys, whether it was Canada or all points south, and his beloved German Shepherds. Rick requested no wake or services and is to be cremated. We will miss him always.

Bev my thoughts are with you & your family. He was a great guy & friend. When Rick & the boys came to Benchwarners for there drinks they were funny & we always had a great time!!! Those were the great times & so glad I got to know Rick & you. I am very sorry & yes he will be missed !
