Susan and Jason,
It was really a shock to me to learn that Robert had passed on as well. I have a lot of good memories of him and Mark growing up on Van Buren Street, and I'm thankful I was able to talk to Robert again in March. It's been many years, but he was still a great guy!

Susan, my deepest sympathy on the passing of Bob. I got to know him when he officiated basketball games for me at East Chicago Washington and Highland High. Nice guy and was always professional at his job. May god give you strength thru these difficult days. God Bless. Frank Kollintzas

It is such a shame to lose two good members of the same family(Mark and Bob) I worked with MArk for several years on the PD and umpired softball for several years with Bob. Both were tremendous people to know and are a great lose to the family and community. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Bob was such a great guy! We are so glad we got the opportunity to be his neighbor. From hanging out in the pool, to bonfires or just talking on the street. I can't believe we lost 2 great Gootees in one year. We love you guys! You are in our thoughts and prayers.
