Beloved wife of the late Ronald Maietta, Sr. Loving mother of Ronald (Tracy) Maietta Jr., Suzanne Herbst, Laura Foote, Timmy (Jennifer) Mahaffey, late Susan Allison and late Ricky Mahaffey. Devoted grandmother of 17. Cherished great grandmother of 16. Dearest sister of Richard (Faye) Hutchings, Charmaine (Frank) Daniels, late David Hutchings and late Sally (Richard) Chmielewski. Fond aunt of Brian Daniels, Richard Chmielewski Jr., Karrie Bieker and many other nieces and nephews. Former employee of University of Chicago Hospital and Trinity Hospital. Visitation Thursday 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the Elmwood Funeral Chapel, 11300 W. 97th Lane, St. John, IN. Funeral Services Friday, December 6, 2024 Directly at St. Maria Goretti Church, where visitation will take place from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Committal Prayer and interment Monday, December 9, 2024 1:30 p.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. 219-365-3474. www.elmwoodchapel.com.
