SCOTT A. CHMIELEWSKI HIGHLAND, IN
Scott A. Chmielewski, age 49, of Highland, IN passed away January 26, 2017. He is survived by his loving children: Kyle (Elizabeth), Ryan, Courtney and Rachel Chmielewski and Christopher (Brittany) Smith; precious grandchildren: Nicole and Christopher Smith and Elicia Chmielewski; beloved mother, Sharon (nee Mundo); dear siblings: Debbie (Jeff) Lundy and David (Anne), Diane, John (Tammy) and Mark (Jolene) Chmielewski; numerous special nieces and nephews. Scott was preceded in death by his father Anthony and his grandparents. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Scott's life on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, IN 46311 with a visitation from 4:00-8:00 p.m. (service at 7:00 p.m.) Scott honorably served in the United States Army and was a member of Operating Engineers Local #150.
