I had the good fortune to work with Bill during the Nuclear Unit proceedings. He could work 16-18 hour days for weeks on end and never have unkind word or thought. He was a skillful wordsmith, articulate, intelligent, and very loyal. I wish there were more people like him in this world. He will be missed.

I have truly wonderful memories of working with Mr Bill. He was one of a most thoughtful, caring and considerate people I have ever know. Rest in Peace
