I have the fondest memories of Uncle Bill. Loved hanging out on the front porch, drinking beer, eating Kath's fantastic dinner, playing shuffle board, admiring his roses, having so much fun with Binky. A funny father, a loving husband, a great friend.

I will always remember Bill's wonderful sense of humor. I was fortunate enough to have Bill as a professor my senior year in 1984. I was so surprised to have received an "A" in his class, especially when I took the class as pass/fail. He was a wonderful instructor and a wonderful person. I also remember having a few drinks with him at Roma's. I truly enjoyed working with him during his time at IUN. May God grant the entire Staehle family the strength to get through this time of mourning. He will be truly missed.

I pray God's blessings of peace and comfort as you journey through this experience. Mr. Staehle was my last instructor prior to graduation in undergrad studies in SPEA at IUN. We later served on civic boards together. I will be forever appreciative for the support he gave while I learned and developed. Blessings ...
