Dr. Arnold Klein Obituary
The Riverside County sheriff-coroner's office said Klein died Thursday evening at Eisenhower Medical Center.
The coroner's brief press release does not state the cause of death but does not list any investigation. Messages seeking comment were left at Klein's office, the AP said.
Klein's patients included Elizabeth Taylor, Dolly Parton, Carrie Fisher and others. His medical specialty was the use of injectable drugs such as Botox and Restylane to ease wrinkles and sagging skin.
Klein treated Jackson for more than 25 years before the pop star's drug-related death in 2009. Federal drug agents investigating the singer's prescriptions ultimately cleared Klein. Another doctor, Conrad Murray, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
Klein was born Feb. 27, 1945, in Mount Clemens, Michigan. In 1967, he earned his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania. In 1971, he received his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed an internship at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, and his dermatology residency at both the University of Pennsylvania and the University of California at Los Angeles. In 1975, he served as chief resident in dermatology at UCLA.

I loved you Arnie Klein!, He only wanted to care for people. When I had a very bad burn on my breast he treated me at no cost because he knew I couldn't afford him. I thought for sure I would have an ugly scare but not with Arnie as my Dr. I miss you all the time and will never forget your kindness and humor!

I hope this is an ETERNAL candle to honor this great man and his excellent work. Dr Arnie was known worldwide ; clients called him from all over the world for his services. I was so lucky to have known him, his laughter, his excited conversations and his excellent taste in art. Truly an outstanding man, who left us far too soon. There are so many of us who will be at such a loss for there was no other with his expertise and genius! Farewell, dear soul, fly high with all the other greats of mankind who linger beyond our reach....

My heart was shattered into a million pieces upon learning of his passing. Arnie and I met in the 6th grade. We immediately became close friends. We remained close friends through the until his passing. Arnie became fast friends with my 2 sons when they met him in 1983after our 20 year reunion from high school. I will miss him for as long as I live.

I met Arnie when he was a dermatology resident in Philadelphia in early 70's and briefly shared an apartment during hard times then. Though face-to-face meetings over the years were limited, we remained friends in touch through email and social media. My wife, Anita, and I valued our friendship with him and appreciated his good humor, intelligence and generosity.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Klein in Las Vegas shortly after the death of Micheal Jackson. He graciously spoke with me for over three hours.
Dr Klein was a very charming, intelligent,talented and gifted man. May he rest in eternal peace. My sincere condolences to his family and close friends.

Arnie was the valedictorian of the Class of 1963 at North Miami Senior High. He was a special person, always caring and never asking in return. I will always remember our dance at one of our reunions! He was a friend forever.
