CAROL SCHEIN

SCHEIN--Carol, 82, on January 29, 2019, at home. Carol Schein (aka Carol Stone) had a successful career as a textile designer in NYC. In her early career she worked at Aquarius Textiles, and was Fabric Designer at Concord Fabrics. She co- founded a textile design company, Principles, and was Design Director at Marcus Brothers. She retired to enjoy life with her beloved husband, the late Richard Schein. Together they traveled extensively and spent time in their Sagaponack, NY home as well as in Sarasota, FL. Carol was a great consumer and lover of culture in her home town of NYC. She is survived by daughters Leslie Lonergan and Audrey Stone, son-in-law Bill Lemberg, grandchildren Shealyn, Cormac, Olivia and Evan and grand-dog Andy.
