DAVID GETSIE Obituary
of Manhattan, passed away on Friday, November 17th, 2017 at the age of 41. He received his bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his MBA from Columbia University. He began his investment banking career at Oppenheimer Funds, followed by Deutsche Bank, and most recently Foros Group as Senior Vice President. He leaves behind his two young children, Hannah and Nina Getsie and his wife Alexis Tomarken of Manhattan; his mother Rosemary Lowry Getsie and his father David William Getsie of Boulder, CO; and his sister Lauren Michelle Getsie of Denver, CO. David was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his friends, extended family, colleagues and everyone who knew him.
