Edna and her sister were cousins of my mother Vivian Spector Poster. I didnt live near Edna but met her many times when I was younger going to family affairs in Chicago and New York. I attended one of her amazing reunions with my husband and my children who were young at that time. The birthday cards that she NEVER forgot to send were an amazing testament to her thoughtful and caring nature. She touched the lives of my husband and children with her love and Hugs valediction.
Her organizational skills were amazing....I have no doubt that she is already getting a major reunion together with all of the family in heaven. Love and hugs to you one last time Edna.

My condolences to Edna's family! Edna and her friends spent many hours in my bead shop in Mendon, VT. She was an inspiration to me! I learned a lot by simply working on the fabulous necklace of her design made of jade leaves, etc. I haven't seen her in some time but she is quite alive in my memories of her.

What a fabulous lady. She taught me about art, and enabled me to have jewelry which I can give to my grand daughters and beautiful gifts that are still stored in their original packaging so I can never have a holiday without seeing her name.So saddened by her passing but so happy that she lived such a long and fruitful life. Sympathies to all from all.

Dear Edna: you took me into the family from the first day I met you. Your warm smile and laughing eyes were so welcoming I had no choice but to love you from that day on. I looked forward to every birthday card and anniversary card you never failed to send, & always with a personal note. We are all a closer family because of your family reunions. The hand with the crossed fingers will always remind me of aunt Edna and I wear it today in honor of you and your importance to our family.

Nothing can extinguish the light with which she illuminates so many parts of my life. She told me often, including when I last saw her on March 25th, that she had "missed nothing." She had seen it, done it, shared it, embraced it and in every measure savored it. What a woman, the likes of whom will not be seen so soon again. Your light shines in me and I hope I can do it proud.

So many things in life have an impact. Edna was the source of many of the most impactful moments in my and my family's lives. We adored her, were grateful to her and tried to measure up to her glorious expectations of us. We'll never, ever forget her which will make her immortal. She deserves it.
