EDWARD MOSBERG

MOSBERG--Edward. The American Society for Yad Vashem mourns the passing of benefactor Edward Mosberg at the age of 96. A Holocaust survivor from Krakow, Poland, and staunch advocate for Holocaust education, Ed was one of the founding members of the ASYV. Ed lost his entire family during the Holocaust and after coming to the United States, became a successful real- estate developer while taking an active leadership role in numerous Holocaust organizations and dedicating his life to Holocaust commemoration. Ed was pre-deceased by Cecile (Storch) and is survived by children Beatrice, Louise (Stuart) Levine, Caroline (Darren) Karger, grandchildren ASYV Board member Barry (Jacqueline), Jocelyn (Gregory), YLA Board member Alexander (Lara), Jordana, Zachary and Matthew and five great-grandchildren.
