EDWARD SPERLING Obituary
89, of New Rochelle, NY, died at his home on February 22, 2017. A graduate of University of Wisconsin and NYU School of Medicine, Dr. Sperling was a long time Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Sperling is survived by his wife, Dr. Eva Sperling, his children, Ted and Elisabeth Sperling and two grandchildren. His warmth, wisdom and sense of humor will be missed by the many who loved him. Funeral will be held at Zion Memorial Chapel, 785 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY at 11 o'clock on Sunday, February 26. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor to Physicians for Human Rights will be appreciated. The family will receive visitors at home on Sunday, 2:30 to 6:30.
