I am very sad to hear this news. Fred was my classmate in high school and a nearby neighbor in Dorchester that shared after school activities as teenagers including being members of the Vikings. We played basketball, football, and baseball after school and ran track together in high school.
With deep sympathy to his family, may his memory be a blessing.
