GREGORY CAMILLUCCI Obituary

CAMILLUCCI--Gregory D. Passed away on January 6, 2022, at home with his wife and son at his side. He was born on January 25, 1934 in the Bronx. He attended Fordham Prep and Fordham College. After college, Greg served in the United States Air Force for three years. Greg then commenced a lifelong career in restaurant management, during which time he led many notable restaurants, including Patri-cia Murphy's Candlelight Restaurant, The Russian Tea Room, and the Columbus Citizens Foundation. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, including horseback riding, fishing, golfing, and spending time in Central Park. Greg is survived by his wife, Monika, his sister, Rita, his children, Gregory Jr., Kathryn, Jocelyn, and Karl, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and six nieces and nephews. He was loved by all. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to a charitable organization of your choice.

I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your husband.
I am also sorry I never met him, but I'm sure he was a fantastic man judging by how beautiful a person you are.
I am glad at least that I got to meet you and in some way gain some insight into Gregory through you.

Hi Monika , when I met Greg several months ago he was so proud of showing me your beautiful art work (I think he especially liked 'into the woods')it was obvious he loved the work because he loved the artist...in return you took such good care of him over the years , especially at the end of his life. I'm so sorry for your loss and touched by the fact that you and your son were with him when he passed away...I know God loves you all unconditionally...I pray that he gives you and your family peace at this sad time
