This is quite late, but we loved Dr. Rosenfeld. He was so helpful and pleasant on his Sunday spots on Fox New. Thank you for sharing him with families all over the country. We were speaking of him earlier today.

I looked forward to him share his medical information on Fox and was just wondering what he was doing since he left Fox....did not know he died. I follow the Doctor's advise and take supplements. "Hurt you it can't!"

We loved to hear Dr. Rosenfeld on Fox News over the years. We bought his book and we are reviewing it as I write this. His advice was so good and understandable to the general public. May he rest in peace and shall his family know that he was the Doctors' Doctor.

Forgot another memory about Dr. Rosenfeld:
He could look at a potential patient from
20 feet away and size up their lifestyle habits and all of the things they needed to change in order to address their health issues.

Forgot to mention, Arthur Rosenfeld taught Yoga right up the street from where I live, and, how I wish I had taken his course, for which Dr. Rosenfeld was proud to discuss.

I guess 'brilliant' could be said of Dr. R.
Always looked forward to his Sunday morning
FOX report and his column in Parade Magazine. Also, I enjoyed seeing his VIP list of patients he was very proud of treating around the world.
Dr. Rosenfeld told me, after my dear Dad died
at Cornell Hospital, at the age of 72!, that
even if that heart machine had been right outside his hospital room door, it would not have saved him, as every inch of his arteries had been affected from his lifetime of smoking.
At the Cardiometabolic Summit / Continuing Education / University at Sea, I will be attending next week, I will toast the good doctor with a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice.
Dr. Rosenfeld was most certainly 'one of a kind.'

Izzy and my dad were friends from their days in Montreal, including when they were Pres and VP, respectively, of McGill's Debating Society. They both became doctors, and developed a fondness for NYC. My mom and dad always held Izzy and Camilla in the highest regard. I grew up hearing heart-warming stories of their friendship, and Izzy's books have always been on our shelves. My mom said yesterday: Izzy was a doctor who led a wonderful life and was loved by his patients. Best wishes to Camilla and the family.

I felt honored and proud to call Dr. Rosenfeld my friend. He was brilliant and oh so funny - my favorite part. Always playing jokes. He left this world a better place than it was before he got a hold of it. RIP dear friend.

Dr. Rosenfeld, or IR as they called him, was an elegant man and a stalwart physician. He was my doctor for many years and even certified the blood test for my marriage license. He gave me medical care a brilliant advice. The care was the finest New York and the world had to offer. My fondest memory is running into Dr. Rosenfeld in Los Angeles and his inviting me a colleague to join him for dinner. We did and he regained us with stories of dignitaries and kings around the world whom he'd treated. I miss him. And the world does too.

With all the well deserved kudos Iz has received re his medical and subsequent career, please don't overlook the roll model he played for us in his days at McGill, the debating society, getting into Med school and still being an example to the rest of us.

Dr. Isadore Rosenfeld was one of the strongest, most moral, most honest, most curious, most open-minded doctors in the world. He lived for his practice...and his patients, many of them so famous or rich they flew him to their homes round the world...and for knowing how to live well. While he was a brilliant cardiologist, he also was a brilliant fund raiser..bringing hundreds of thousands of dollars to Cornell/Weill, his hospital. He was a teacher always... writing at least 20 books...each one reaching the New York Times bestseller list. Many of them hit #1 (BEST TREATMENT) and stayed on the list for months. He was a frequent guest on talk shows, and for many years, he starred in his own weekly Fox television show, HOUSE CALL. He also wrote articles often and had a regular column in Parade Magazine. His devotion to his wife, Camilla, his children and their spouses, and his dogs was palpable. He had a wicked sense of humor and he could imitate accents flawlessly...often fooling the recipients of his phone calls proclaiming that he was President Nixon (or Nikita Kruschev!) on the line. A one of a kind. A mensch. I will miss him.

Sincere condolences to family & friends of Dr Rosenfeld.
Our family, especially my grandparents, adored him. He was an outstandingly brilliant physician who always put patients first. My grandfather used to say about Dr. Rosenfeld: Now THAT'S a doctor!
We will never forget him.
Rest In Peace, dear doctor.
