I met Jake in 1985 just after finishing my residency training. I enjoyed meeting him and he provided sound advise, guided me when I developed my private practice, was always there from the beginning until now. He was extraordinary and provided knowledge, support and generous advise. My husband and I married in 1991 and then we both worked with him. Always there whenever we needed him. We will truly miss him. Our condolences to all the family.

I have known Jacob since the start of our company, over 19 years ago. He has provided amazing service to us and our company. Jake would always go above and beyond to help us out, whether it's personal or for our company.

We have gotten to know a strong willed, hard working, and loving man. We even remember Jacob and his Wife Deborah comming to the 50th anniversary wedding of my parents and the sweet 16 of my daughter. He was always welcome in our home and family.

We will sincerely miss his words of wisdom, his voice, and simply his presence. I can not say enough how much he has helped us and how much he has impacted our lives.

Jake we will miss you from the very bottom of our hearts.
