Manny joined us at Balis & Zorn after leaving Warner Communication (where he was in the office of president). He was a "force"...so much fun, so brilliant and full of energy.
Miss him!

I was saddend to learn of Manny's death. In the five years I worked with him at Gerard Klauer we got to know each other very well. Whether it was telling each other jokes in Yiddish, skiing stories or arguing over deal terms it was an amazing five years. Lately, I have been thinking of him as a professional grandpa, and now that I am one myself, I understand the joy he received from spending time with the grandkids at home in Connecticut. I wish he was still here to offer grandparenting advice. One last memory for which I will always be greatful was his sharing his love for music. I still have my first Bill Frisell CD, Nashville, which Manny gave me because he thought I would enjoy it ... I am listening to it now. My only hope is that when Skippy, the kids and grandkids think of Manny, may they only remember the fun times and of course his good humor. May his memory be only for blessings.
