MARCO CHIARA Obituary

CHIARA--Marco, friend, father and grandfather passed away peacefully in Milan, Italy on May 1st, 2011 with many of his friends and family at his side. Marco, the son of Jula Scherb and Piero Chiara was born in Zurich Switzerland on July 7, 1937. He was predeceased by his ex-wife and best friend Judy Chiara. Marco's compassion and insight, love and acceptance were a source of great joy to both friends and family. In addition to his friends, his loss will be felt by his beloved companion Jaia, his children, Daniela, Charlie, and John, their siblings, Richard, Frances, Anne, Nancy, Susan, his grandchildren, Julian, Lucas, Sophie, Aliana, Karma and by all of the members of the vast family to which he belonged and to whose lives he brought a light that will be sorely missed.
