MARION GLENNON Obituary

GLENNON--Marion E. The Glennon family mourns the loss of Marion E. Glennon, who passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 89. Marion was a resident of Rye, having lived there for over 55 years. She was born and raised in Larchmont, NY, the eldest of seven children, to Stephen P. and Helen Barrett Glennon. Marion is survived by her brother, Charles V. Glennon (Kate) and her sisters, Frances Glennon Dunlop and Anne (Nancy) Glennon McIntosh. She was predeceased by her sisters, Helen Glennon Malloy (Thomas), Patricia Glennon Whamond (James), and her brother, Stephen P. Glennon Jr. Marion is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews. She graduated from Sacred Heart, Greenwich, CT and received her BA from Trinity College in 1958. She was a 40 year employee of IBM. She volunteered in many places most notably with the Order of Malta. Wake Tuesday, July 15 at Graham Funeral Home, Rye, NY from 4-7pm. Her funeral Mass is Wednesday, July 16, 10am at Resurrection Church in Rye.
