WEINBERG--Michael B.,

died suddenly on December 27. Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (BS in Economics); NYU School of Law (JD, LLM in Taxation). Wise and generous counselor and friend. Loving and beloved husband of Barbara for 53 years. Words cannot express our gratitude for his life or our despair at his absence.
