I just found out today that uncle Paul passed. I was pulling up some of his art work to show my spouse and saw his obituary. I am deeply saddened. I spoke to him 2 years ago when he was in CA. We chatted a while about our families and our love for art. I am so glad I was able to locate him back then and share that moment talking with him. I remembered him since I was little and will never forget him. Xoxo you will be missed uncle Paul. Tammy Wallace. (Dianne Bellardo's daughter)

IT WAS JUST A FEW DAYS AGO THAT I WAS REMEMBERING MY TIMES ON THE VILLAGE IN THE 1980-S AND MY FREQUENT TRIPS TO THE STORE THAT PAUL HAD ON CHRISTOPHER STREET. THE PLACE WAS AWAZING AND I FOUND MANY FINE OBJECTS THERE- FOR MY COLLECTION,BUT I ALSO LEARNED THAT PAUL, HUMSELF AS A TALENTED ARTIST WORKING IN BRONZE AND CLAY, I WAS MOST SADDENDED BY HIS DEATH, BUT AT 93 ITS A LIFE WELL LIVED, I HOPE I CAN DO 10% OF WHAT HE DID~~ :)) MY CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILIY AND FRIENDS, AND LOVERS OF ART, GOD BLESS~~ C-~V ... May your hearts find comfort in the words found at 1 Thessalonians 4:14. A beautiful hope of seeing our dear loved ones again.

I am saddened to read of Mr. Bellardo's passing. I have a number of beautiful items purchased from his Christopher Street store (and wish I'd had the money to own more of his gorgeous work). Rest in peace, Mr. Bellardo. Your work and reputation will live on, and YOU will live on in the memory of anyone who ever had the pleasure of meeting you. My sincere condolences to Mr. Parker.
