I remember Peter and Reggie the day I moved across the street on Ridgewood. They were good friends as well as neighbors and we enjoyed going out to dinner. Our daughter was in the same grade as their youngest son Dan. Years later we attended the weddings of March other’s children and happily welcomed grandchildren over the years. They moved out of Ridgewood a few years before we did but we always stayed in touch. He will be missed- as a wonderful doctor but also as a wonderful man. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Peter was a classmate at Yale Medical school, and we both began at the West Haven VA virology lab under Dr. Robert H. Green. He was a very good friend and colleague and an outstanding physician. Kindest wishes and prayers for his wonderful family.

We are sorry to hear of your loss. We have fond memories of our times together at Yale and in Branford, including your baby sitting for our son, David, the night our daughter was born in 1974. The comments in the guest book echo our memories of a kind, intelligent and thoughtful man.

Dr. Gross was a very talented and compassionate physician, not only to his patients, but also to the patient's families. I will never forget when he stopped in the garage at Hackensack Hospital, to update & reassure me. I have never forgotten that kindness! A great physician and caring person!
