Miss Goodkind changed my life. The experiences of studying piano and performing as a young person are forever a part of who I am. She gave me the musical and life tools that I use to this day. I love and miss her very much.

Ms. Goodkind taught me many more lessons than how to make music. Things like the value of truth, work, and confidence. For these lessons and the tender, though sometimes disguised, care she showed me, I am forever grateful. My Sympathies to your family.

Rosetta Goodkind was a woman of remarkable energy, intelligence, and dedication. We met in the elevator of our building, and I came to love her humor, determination and brilliance. One of a kind, she will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.

Between 1994 and 1997, I studied piano from Ms. Rosetta Goodkind. I have so many fond memories of those years. Ms. Goodkind - when I first met you, you said to me "Now Robert, my name might be 'Goodkind' but don't expect me to be good or kind to you." No Ms. Goodkind, you were not only a good and kind teacher but also a wonderful, incredible and amazing individual. Thank you!
