I will always be thankful to Dr. Kaplan. As a young child, in the early 1980's I had cancer. She took very good care of me ( and my parents ). She gave us all hope & a great deal of support. I will always keep her in my heart. My deepst sympathy to her son, Lawrence. Julie Ann Wallach Plainview, New York

I will miss Dr. Kaplan so much. I was lucky to claim her as both friend and informal supervisor.

I am devastated by the loss of Dr. Kaplan. Aside from the honor of working with her, she sometime made time to help others in more personal ways. She is truly unique and never to be replaced...
