FREUND--Seelig, MD., The entire Beth Israel Medical Center community joins with the leadership of its parent company, the Mount Sinai Health System, in acknowledging with sadness the passing of our dear friend and beloved former colleague, Seelig Freund, MD, who served with great distinction on the surgical staff at Beth Israel for many years. He will forever be remembered for his exemplary commitment to patient care and for his dedicated involvement with the hospital's Medical Board and the training of our residents and fellows.
