SIMON SRYBNIK Obituary
a Russian emigre whose U.S. business career ranged from the WWII War Production Board to aerospace manufacturing to manufacture of machines used to treat heart disease, died on July 25, 2018 in New York City at 102 years old. He was the beloved and adored husband of Judith, and was cherished by many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. He received many awards and honors, including "Man of the Year" by Fortune magazine before his 40th birthday, a well as the Stevens Honor Award, for "his vision and commitment to companies that have helped to protect the nation's health and security." The service is private. Donations in his memory may be made to New York Presbyterian Hospital, to further research of heart disease.
