I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to Nancy and all the family at this sad time. Tom was a true gentleman, courteous and always a joy to be with. I served with Tom on RICS Governing Council over many years and every time we met he carried out his responsibilities to the highest professional standard, and his opinions were greatly respected. But maybe more importantly, he was good company and always had time for good humour and a laugh. He will be much missed by me and many others in our profession. My thoughts are also with his business colleagues at this time.

Nancy, it was wonderful to meet you in September at our 50th reunion. I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing, but so thankful we got to see you and him last year. A true friend that brought the Northeast to Kentucky, Tom was a unique, caring and giving man. I treasure his memory..Prayers to you and your family..
