beloved son of the late Arthur Rankin Jr. and the late Elizabeth Shuldiner, passed away at his home in Erwin, Tennessee. Born in 1954 in Manhattan. He is survived by his brother Gardner.

Gardner.... Todd and I went through high school, college and life together when we were young men. Bermuda or NYC or Catskills. I knew he passed. But couldnt face it. At least we spoke a few years before. I still think of him very often. Sorry for our loss. He was a rare bread!!!
