HAWRYS--Walter J., of Brightwaters, LI, on January 17, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Violet Hawrys. Loving father of Marilyn Hawrys Simons, Walter J. Hawrys, Jr. and Linda Hawrys Berenberg. Dear father-in-law to Jim Simons, Maria Ester Hawrys and Spencer Berenberg. Adored grandfather of Jessica Hawrys Postrozny and husband Robert, Audrey Simons, Darcy Berenberg and Daniel Berenberg. Walter will be deeply missed by all. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial, Tuesday 10:00am, at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Bay Shore, LI. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery, Port Jefferson, LI. Visiting Monday 2:00pm until 4:30pm and 7:00pm until 9:30pm.
