Charlotte Kay Daly

1959 - 2023

Odessa - Charlotte Kay Daly, 63 years old, passed away in a traffic accident on September 27, 2023. She was born to Charles Earl Daly and Lela Mae Anderson Daly on September 29, 1959, at home in Melrose, New Mexico. Her family was the most important thing in her life, and she was a loving Mom and Granny to three children and thirteen grandchildren. She worked hard all her life to provide for her family, most recently as a home health care aide. Charlotte is survived by her son, Kevin Wayne Daly and two daughters Carolyn Kay Daly and Kalecia Ann Rockne; grandchildren Aaron, Brennan and Charlie Daly, Alysse, Alyvia, and Jesus Julius "J.J." Cordero; Enola, Elona, Grayson, and Graedyn Rockne and Graedie Hinkle; and Zack and Zoe Daly. She is survived by her mother, Lela Lilly; her sisters, Janis Giles and Carrie Hughes; brothers, Earl Daly, Lee Daly, and Burhl Daly. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Earl Daly; her brother, Wayne Daly; and her stepfather, J.M. "Mack" Lilly. She comes from a large extended family with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
