Frank Meyer Obituary

Frank H. Meyer Jr., a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather, passed away peacefully, Friday, January 24, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and service. Born with a heart full of compassion and a deep commitment to helping others, Frank spent his adult life ministering to those in need, always offering a listening ear and a helping hand. Frank proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy, an experience that shaped his enduring sense of duty and integrity. His passion for classic cars brought him great joy, and he delighted in sharing his knowledge and love for them with family and friends. Above all, Frank was a family man. He was the beloved husband of Lois Ann Meyer, whose partnership was the cornerstone of his life. Together, they built a loving home filled with faith and laughter. Frank was a proud father to Kevin Meyer and Brandon Meyer, whose lives he shaped with his guidance, wisdom, and unwavering support. His grandchildren, Brooklyn, AJ, Sawyer and Salinger; and great- grandchildren, Brentley and Waylon, were the light of his life, and he treasured every moment spent with them, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Frank's warmth, humility, and dedication to others will be remembered by all who knew him. His legacy of love and service will live on in the hearts of his family and the countless lives he touched. The Meyer Family would also like to give a special thank you to Dana Dodson for her unwavering support and care provided to the family in his final days. Additionally, we thank the Largent, Grove, Lawrence and Klick families for their unwavering support throughout Frank's decline. Frank H. Meyer Jr. will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. His life was a testament to the power of love, faith, and selflessness. May he rest in eternal peace with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We played music together, grew up in the same neighborhood and enjoyed our younger years together.
May God bless you for your service in Christ to you friends and family.
I have thought of you often in passing years.
I will miss you my friend.

Brother Frank was a faithful brother in Christ whose calm and peaceful demeanor helped all he came to know to better understand and make the Gospel a practical reality in their lives. He was a mentor, a friend and a blessing to all of us who spent time with him in the Word. We have truly been blessed by God placing Frank in our earthly journeys. May God grant peace to Lois, Brandon, Kevin and the entire family.

We knew Frank for many years and he was one of the most intelligent men I've known. If I had a problem he was the voice of reason and was always full of wisdom. He was always eager to explain God's word if you had a question..... And when it came to the Steelers we loved to hate Tom Brady ...we had so much fun w that..... If we had trouble with electronics he would always fix our TV or whatever we needed after he got his haircut. He was very smart when it came to that also....he will be missed for sure......Rest in peace my friend. You will never be forgotten.

Pastor Frank taught us in Sunday school. Always appreciated his teaching and had good conversations with him. He is missed but never forgotten.
