Gayle Berthold

Gayle Berthold, 90, of Houston, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 in Concordia of Bridgeville. Gayle was born on November 1, 1935, in Cecil Township, a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Kress Berthold. Miss Berthold was a retired X-ray technician for Mercy Hospital, where she dedicated 55 years of her life. She was a staple in the Myelogram room at Mercy Hospital and a cherished co-worker by all her friends at the Hospital. Gayle was an avid porcelain doll collector and had many from her hard work of collecting over the years. Surviving is her niece, Sandra Kislak. Along with her parents, Gayle is preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Louise Kislak. Gayle's family would like to give a special thank you to Becca Silvestros for her wonderful care of Gayle over the years. A private burial will be held at Forest Lawn Gardens.
