JoAnn Huffman Reihner

JoAnn Huffman Reihner, 89, of Washington died Monday, September 29, 2025, while in the care of Brightwood Center in Follansbee, W.Va. She was born December 6, 1935, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Forney J. and Violet Boyd Huffman. JoAnn was a 1954 graduate of Trinity High School and worked in the medical field as a certified nursing assistant. She loved animals and all of her pets dearly. On February 14, 1959, JoAnn married the love of her life, Fredrick C. Reihner, in Washington, who died on October 5, 2013. Surviving are a son, Jack Reihner; a daughter, Janis (Thomas) Alrutz; grandchildren, Nichole, Cody (Morgan) and Caleb (Colleen) Reihner; great-grandson, Jaxson Reihner; many nieces and a nephew; and former daughter-in-law, Patricia Moore. Deceased are eight brothers and two sisters. All services are private and entrusted to Hummell and Jones Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington.
