We met John at Shadyside hospital where my husband and he shared the same medical journey and their love of hunting. We only knew him for a short time but he has stayed in our hearts and prayers ever since. Joan, please know how sorry I am for your loss and how much of an inspiration you were for me to be a better caregiver! Much love being sent.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I had the pleasure of meeting John as a co-worker of NIOSH. I am also a Bentworth grad (1991). John was a good guy. My deepest sympathy.

John will certainly be missed by the Christ Life family. He was a good husband and Christian disciple. Knowing John has made me a better person. May his soul rest rest in peace
