Justin Prokop Obituary

Justin David Prokop, 23, of Burgettstown, died Monday, January 18, 2016, from injuries sustained in an accident in Las Vegas, Nev.
He was born October 17, 1992, in Pittsburgh, a loving son of Daniel and Lori Grzeczka Prokop of Burgettstown.
Mr. Prokop was a 2011 graduate of Burgettstown High School. He was currently attending California University of Pennsylvania and majoring in criminal justice. During his high school years, he was a member of Burgettstown High School track team and holds the record in the triple jump.
He had a smile that would light up a room and always put everyone before himself. He had a wonderful sense of humor and appreciated the little things in life. He truly loved his siblings and was a great brother.
Mr. Prokop lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes and listening to music, knowing the words to each and every song.
He was a light to others and will be missed by many. His family is comforted knowing that he is now with his pap, Joseph Grzeczka, whom he loved so much.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a sister, Danielle; a brother, Dylan; his maternal grandmother, Barbara Grzeczka of Peters Township; his paternal grandparents, John and Ann Prokop of North Huntington; Aunt Barbara and Uncle Charles Kalanish and cousins Ryan and Devin of Wexford; Uncle Joseph and Aunt Debra Grzeczka and cousins Corey and Shila of Sacramento, Calif.; Uncle Stephen and Aunt Sherri Prokop of Portvue; Uncle Michael and Aunt Debra Prokop and cousins Michael, Lisa and Ryan of Elizabeth; Uncle John and Aunt Sue Prokop of Pittsburgh; Uncle Joseph and Aunt Meg Prokop and cousins Joseph and Matthew of Pittsburgh; and many other cousins and friends.
