Kevin D. "Truck" Wise 57, of Washington died Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in his home.
He was born in Washington on November 21, 1964, a son of the late Richard O. Wise and Margaret H. Wilson.
He was a 1982 graduate of Trinity High School. He worked for RPM Industries where he was a switch supervisor. Kevin attended Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glyde. He was a member of the Anawanna, Alpine, Keystone, and Independent Club, as well as the Moose and Washington American Legion. Truck belonged to the Taylorstown Softball League, Men's 50 & over Softball League, former Ten Mile Valley Softball League, as well as many others. He Loved softball and all the friendships and memories made through it. He also enjoyed fishing, time with his grandchildren, watching sports, particularly the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and NASCAR.
On June 12, 1999, he married his wife of 23 years, together for 33 years, Stacey Malone Wise. He is also survived by two sons, Kevin Dale (Jamie) Wise, Michael A. (Jessica) Wise; daughter, Alyssa Louise Wise; stepdaughter, Brieanna (Jay) Thompso; stepson, Larr E. (Cassandra) Thompson; brother, Larry R. (Alan Twitty) Wise; six grandchildren, Mackenzie, Phillip, Bentley, Larry, TaLayah, Harper; step-grandchildren, Trystan, Tayshawn; a close nephew, Jordan; close niece, Amaya; close sister-in-law, Danielle; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Deceased in addition to his parents are his step-father, Chester Wilson; and mother of his sons, Carolyn Wheeler.
Family and friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington, where funeral services will be held on Monday November 14, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. An online guestbook may be signed at www.nicholfuneralhome.com
