OELWEIN - Ardith E. Graf, 95, of Oelwein, died peacefully Saturday evening, Aug. 6, 2022, at MercyOne Oelwein Senior Care.
Funeral service will be 1:30?p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, at Christ United Presbyterian Church, Oelwein, with the Rev. Paul Unzil and the Rev. Roger Graf officiating. Visitation will be for one hour before the service at the church.
Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Oelwein is assisting the family. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Oelwein.
Memorials may be directed to the Christ United Presbyterian Church or to Camp Courageous in Monticello.

Ardith Esther Vogt was born May 20, 1927, in rural Fayette, Iowa, the daughter of Otto Albert and Esther S. (Muller) Vogt. She was raised in the Fayette area and graduated from Fayette High School. Ardith was united in marriage to Melvin Dale Graf on March 26, 1946, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. They were blessed with three children: Melinda, Rick and Randy. The family farmed in the Aurora area for many years. Ardith and Melvin retired to Oelwein in January of 1986.
Ardith had been a member of Christ United Presbyterian Church since 1945. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, crocheting, knitting, needlework, traveling including trips south in the winter and spending time with her family.
Ardith is survived by her daughter Melinda Mariotti of Rochester, Minnesota; two sons, Rick (Becky) Graf of Iowa City and Randy Graf of Apache Junction, Arizona; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Ardith was preceded in death by her parents; husband Melvin on Sept. 21, 1999, and a sister Arlene Wolfgram.
