Arthur Walkerow Obituary
Arthur Louis Walkerow, Sr., 77, of Las Vegas, Nev., passed away April 27, 2016 at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas, Nev.
Arthur was born Feb. 4, 1939 to the late Earl and Nellie Walkerow. Arthur was a fun, loving man and the best cook in town. He was proud of his family, his hometown of Wadsworth and his time served in the Navy.
He leaves behind, his loving wife of 56 years, Clara Joan (Martin) and his three sons, Arthur Jr., Michael (Bernice) and Eric (Julia); his sisters, Marilyn (Darwin) Leatherman, Wilma (Bud) Bux and (preceded in death) Earline (Al) House; his grandsons, Sean, Kodi, Tyler, Alex and Brandon; his granddaughters, Ericka and Tabitha; five great-grandchildren; and his many nephews and nieces.
Services will be held June 21, 2016 at the Methodist Church, 195 Broad St., in Wadsworth at 1 p.m. Honor Guard at The National Cemetery, Rittman, 2 p.m. and back to church to share memories and food. The family asks that if you wish to make a donation to please send it to Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas or the Las Vegas Fire and Rescue.
