Sister Beatrice was my sweet second grade teacher at St. Augustine. She prepared us well for First Communion. I still think of her often as I fold my hands walking up to receive the Eucharist. Many years later she was such a wonderful blessing and brought great joy to my grandmother while at St. Edward's. She must have been beaming when greeted by Our Lord.

Sr. Bea prayed with my mom, Louise Wagner, each and every day for the past 6 years at St. Ed's. She prayed for each and every member of our family by name. Her memory was quite impressive. I will miss being greeted by her. She was such a kind spirit.

Sr. Beatrice was not only my favorite teacher in the world at St. Bernard's, but she was like a mother to me. She always had a kind way about her and a bright smile. i learned how to lift one eyebrow from her and still think of her when I do it to my kids. You will be missed, but Heaven has definitely gained an angel!

My mother had a difficult time adjusting to life in a nursing home, but she loved Sister Bea. She would say, "When Sister Bea walks in the room, the sun starts shining." I am grateful for the love and light she brought to Mom's final days.

My prayers are with Sister Beatrice. I loved her, her love of the Cleveland Indians and her happy demeanor. I taught with her at St. Augustine, and she was my brother's favorite teacher at St. Bernard grade school. She was a wonderful, compassionate woman. She has reached her heavenly home.
