Betty Alcorn, 78, passed away March 2, 2018.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. (SR619), Akron, Ohio 44319 with Steve Bucey officiating. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at East Liberty Cemetery.

This is what I am really going to miss about my neighbor...Watching the way you could manuver that John Deere, I was so jealous! The way you secretly snuck dog treats to our poodles and loved them. Letting me sneak a few peonies and sharing your hostas with me. And your Christmas candy! Especially the little chocolate covered cherry mice! I'll miss you Betty.
