David Lekan Obituary
David A. Lekan, 61, of Brunswick, beloved husband of 37 years of Charlotte Lekan (nee Bodor); dear father of Kelly Kriska (Thomas), David M. Lekan (Agata), Ken A. Lekan (Kelly), Karen Lekan; grandfather of Kaitlyn and Andrew Kriska and Alexander Lekan; and brother of Patricia Lasik and James Lekan (Janice). Preceded in death by his parents, Matt and Frances Lekan (nee Perko) and his brothers Robert and Richard Lekan.
Friends may call at WAITE & SON FUNERAL HOME, BRUNSWICK CHAPEL, 3300 CENTER ROAD (RT303 AT I-71) on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ambrose Church, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery Brook Park Ohio.

Dear Char and family. I believe Dave is in a better place right now, no pain and no worries. Dave was not only one of my best friends but one of the nicest people anyone could know. He is already missed by many, including me. God bless him and the entire family.

Char, I am so sorry to hear about Dave. I found out about his passing on Tuesday of last week when I took my mother to the bank in Middleburg Hts. I want you to know that we would of been there had we known. I want you to know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. It is hard to loose someone you love, but Dave is in heaven now resting and watching over the people who he left behind.

i send my deepest sympathies to you all. i have fond memories of mr. lekan. he was one of the most honest, hard working men i have ever met. i regret that i can not attend the services. you are all in my prayers
