sherri and family, the first time i met you i knew we were going to be freinds, i dont know what to say,i know what you are going through my parents have been gone since the early 90s,know matter how you look at it it hurts, but the one thing that you have to remember is that your mom and dad is together and happy and not in pain nomore, and looking down on all of you,he knew that you and your other siblings are going to be fine on this earth without him,he was lonely and had to go home with the love of his life to be happy again,so dont be sad because your mom and dad is at peace now, they are watching over you all and knowing you all will be alright ,you have the loved of each other any the courage to go on, it will always hurt, but just think of all the memories that you have and smile and they will know that you all will be alright until you met each other again, sherri i am here for all of you if need be. i love ya

Shawn,
May the Lord bless you and keep you and your family strong during this difficult time. God does things sometimes that only he can make sense of, it is up to us to trust him and later realize that he has a plan for everything he does. Your Dad was a wonderful man, with a great spirit and a great sense of humor. The Lord will have much for him to do as his journey continues in Heaven. God Bless, The Leymon's

I remember u taking me and sheri out for icecream when we were little we always had to have sprinkles . and the time when i was 6 yrs old kim and cindy told me to go shake the ladder you were on, when u were cleaning out the gutters and u chased me around the house with a switch off the tree like 4 times as i was screaming "they told me to do it"lol......or the time you took me and leigh around the back of the plaza to do donuts in the snow I was laughing so hard I peed my pants. you were such a great dad. I wouldnt have wanted a different dad for the world. when i was younger my friends would always tell me what a great mom i had and my dad was so funny and you would make them laugh. I couldnt have asked for better parents.I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for always loving me and my kids so much. God only knows how much i love you both.
You were always taking your teeth out and scaring the grand kids , they would just stand there and look at you like u were crazy then laugh.
Im happy you are with mom now and not sad anymore. I remember last summer you sat at my kitchen table and cried because the lawyer told u ,that you had to take moms name off the checking acct.you said now Im all by myself and you cried and cried. it was never just you dad. you had all of us girls and all the grandkids and great grand kids. but i know it wasnt the same without mom, now it isnt going to be the same without you.how am i suppose to walk out on my porch without seeing you show up with the lawn mower in your trunk to do the yard and sit with me on the swing and have lemonade.I just want you to call me and tell me its getting bad outside watch the roads or I wishI could drive by your house and see you in the front yard mowing the lawn in your dorky shorts with your tube socks up to your knees and a t-shirt on ...GOD this sucks so bad. i dont see how God can take someone from us that we need so much .AGAIN !
I just want you to know ill be seeing you again, you and mom better be ready for the biggest huggs of your after-life. remember what we told eachother in the hospital Ill love you forever and ever and ever ...
I bet youre back to 200 lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal like you always would joke and say you were .by the way the cat has been sleeping on your bed and there isnt anything you can do about it haha
I love you pretty boy remember ...you ....are ..special..OH YEAH kiss mom for me xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

To Jim's family,Gary and I have lived for thirty years down the street from you. Jim always waved when he drove by and sometimes he'd stop for a minute. We are going to miss him!
My Dad and Jim knew each other from Roadway. After my Dad retired, Jim would always ask us about him. He was very thoughtful.
It's hard to believe that this has happened. Our deepest sympathy to you. Gary and Linda Bell

Grandpa, I am going to miss you soo much. Who is going to remind me to check my oil, I'm going to miss going to my moms in the morning and sitting with you guys while you ate your egg sandwich with hot sauce on it, or just seeing you pull up and take lisa's trash out.And hearing her yell FATHER out the window. There are so many wonderful things I am going to miss about you,and i know its selfish to want you here but it helps to know that you are no longer in pain, and you are happy now. You are back togeather again with your true love. And you both will look over all of us for the rest of our lives. Not only do we all have one gardian angel but now we have two. And I am so glad you got to meet jennie I will tell her everyday how wonderful her great grandparents were. I Love you so much grandpa and I know your watching down on all of us xoxoxo

Maxwell Girls,
I was so sad to hear of your mom's passing and today when I heard about your dad, it tore at my heart. I remember so many times our dads spending time together and picking on me (toad), and of all the laughs that were shared. I know that if there's a place in heaven for truck drivers... Jim, Denny, Bob, Ed, and Neil are all there together trying not to get thrown out. I know your mom and dad are together with Jesus and will watch over you and your children. I hope for peace and comfort for you all, I know how hard it is to lose your daddy. I will pray for you all, as I have been for your dad. God's peace and love be with you all.
